James Beard award winning Pastry Chef is looking for staff for his second location Dominique Ansel Kitchen!
Full-time position is available to begin immediately for: Pastry Cook
You will be working with a top-tier team, but in a fun and casual environment. This position is perfect for someone who wants to get his/her foot through the door and pursue a long-term career in the F&B industry and pastry.
We believe in promoting education amongst our team and building strong and solid techniques and foundation. You will learn a great deal while here and work directly with the Chef.
Job Description: Production of all our dessert items, including viennoiseries, pastries, ice creams, and other products.

Hours: Must have an open schedule and be free to work weekdays and holidays

Requirements: - A genuine passion and knowledge for food and pastries
- Culinary school attendance is preferable, but not required
- Prior experience as a pastry cook is a plus
- Dependable and hard-working.
- Must be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards (NYC Food Handler's License a plus)
