Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is now hiring all kitchen staff for his first ever ramen shop, Momosan Ramen & Sake. Momosan is more than a typical ramen shop, serving a variety of unique appetizers, noodles, rice dishes and lunch sets. We are looking for staff members that are talented in multiple areas, can learn quickly, and take on a large amount of responsibility.
Prep cook – Wash/clean/cut/chop food for designated dishes, complete prep lists assigned by supervisor(s), perform daily tasks without constant supervision, maintain inventory and replenishment, work with FOH & BOH team members to improve guest experience.
Line cook/Garde Manger – Handle high volume with focus on taste and presentation, serve menu dishes in compliance with brand standard, work with seasonal and high quality ingredients to consistently prepare a wide variety of dishes, adhere to standardized portion control, work with FOH & BOH team members to improve guest experience.
Dishwasher – Maintain cleanliness of dish pit and surrounding areas, follow instructions given by supervisor(s), sweep and mop floors, stock and clean customer/employee service stations, assist FOH & BOH team members with other tasks as assigned.

- Requirements: All positions require minimum 1-year experience at desired position, adequate knowledge of food safety and sanitation, flexible schedule, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prep cook – Strong knife skills, ability to follow instructions, organization a must!
Line cook/Garde Manger – Culinary degree is preferred, strong knife skills, strong plating skills, organization is a must, understanding of POS ticketing, general understanding of ramen/Japanese cuisine
Dishwasher – Organization is a must, ability to follow instructions
