Le Garage in Bushwick, Brooklyn is a small owned family restaurant. Our cuisine is based on French roots, light cooking, spices, Mediterranean style, not your typical French bistro. About 40 covers.
We are looking for a strong cook, duties: inventory, ordering, food costs, scheduling, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, overseeing kitchen staff, as well as working the line. You will be executing existing menu, and working on small seasonal changes. Some room for creativity with specials.
