Chef David DiBari is looking for an energetic and experienced Pizzaiola for his award winning restaurant, The Parlor, in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Chef DiBari has forged a reputation as one of the most boundary pushing chefs in Westchester with his progressive approach and unique cooking style.
The Parlor is part of a growing restaurant group, which includes our sister restaurant, The Cookery, and our mobile wood-fired pizza oven, DoughNation. At The Parlor, our focus is on serving kick-ass Neapolitan pizza from our wood-fired oven as well small plates such as on-trend versions of chicken and waffles, wood-fired oysters, and “Parlor pockets,” a pizzaiolo’s take on a Scotch egg.
The Parlor opened its doors in 2013 and quickly earned an “Excellent” rating in the New York Times. The casual and contagious vibe comes from the graffiti-covered walls, fearlessness in the kitchen, and a nostalgic rock-and-roll playlist.
