- Additional Notes: After one year IF an associate works 2080 hours, we would pay out ALL Vacation earned but not yet taken. Associates accrue .0769 PTO per each hour worked. The amount accrued is then evenly divided into two buckets: PTO Vacation and PTO Holiday/sick. Example includes; if worked 2080 hours, you can expect 80 hours of PTO VACATION and 80 hours PTO HOLIDAY SICK. Associates are not able to pull from the vacation bucket until they have worked one year. The Holiday/sick bucket is available after 90 days or working.
