Main Responsibilities
Assist in the Store Branch
• Ensure that all cash pole works best
• Communicate effectively with sales teams, teams BO and seat
• Allow the maximum presence on the shop floor Directorate relieved of administrative tasks
Help on the sales division
• Open and close the boxes if necessary
• Ensure replacing cashiers when needed
• Accept, make the tax rebates, enrich the customer database
Enable optimum use of client files
• Make sure the client files fill rate
• Store and classify this information
Assist in the administrative organization of the shop
• Management of annual and monthly schedules leave
• Collection and distribution of administrative documents
Being a support for the back office teams
• Participate in randoms and inventories
• Being a relay for the management office on administrative matters
Assist in the management of After Sales Service
• Maintain a high level of demand in the home of the customer in the shop
• Collect the goods in question
• Manage the entire repair chain: send and follow up with the Italian workshop, receipt of the product delivered to the customer
Be the referent of the shop for internal clients
• Ensure consignements
• Ensure the locker room for new employees
• Check the uniforms of field teams
• Manage faulty related workshops
• Being in constant contact with the inventory control
