Description: Support the Store Manager in the achievement of the store business targets in terms of sales, profitability and customer experience. Promote the brand, driving standard of excellent customer service and ensure the team management and development.
This position is Full-Time and offers a perminent contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales
- Assist on maintaining an excellent store appearance, team presentation and ensure that visual merchandising policies are applied
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, welcome and take care of VIPs
- Contribute to providing business reports (products, clients, market, team…) upon request
- Train, develop, and motivate the sales & Back Office teams in their daily activities
- Organize the team’s schedules, in order to maintain a high quality of customer service whilst respecting work regulations
- Communicate and share useful information on the brand’s strategy and projects
- Solve issues such as specific customer requests
- Monitor stock & inventory control
- Stay attuned to the luxury environment
- Supervise and follow-up administrative procedures
- Adhere to all Company Policies and guarantee compliance with all Internal Operational Procedures
