KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Turnover by actively participating in the sale
- Ensure operationally enhancement products in stores according to internal procedures
- Retain customers over time by developing a qualitative customer file
- Participate in quality and quantity to the Directorate Boutique reporting (product, customer, market, team)
- Lead and motivate sales teams and back office daily
- Organize team schedules every day to ensure quality service while respecting legislation
- Transmit daytime information necessary for team motivation
- Manage and develop solutions to customer disputes and occasional tensions within the team
- Ensure supply and daily replenishment of merchandise based on sales
- Supervise the implementation of mandatory administrative tasks
