We are looking for a Product Merchandiser for our Head Office in Milan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantees the achievement of business objectives at country level.
- Meets the demand of the boutique in terms of products and facilitates the smooth flow of information and product training.
- Supervises the merchandising in terms of quantity, quality and timing.
- Participates to the buying sessions for seasonal products.
- Is the referee for the product for all boutique: evaluation of requests, definition of products allocation, authorization of extra products if not present in the Store offer.
- Quantitative analysis for product performance and market analysis of trends and competitors.
- Collaborates with VM Manager to define commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain to guarantee the right product allocation for each stores.
- Collaborates with PR Office to give visibility to the products.
- Is the main contact for the Zone on market needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience as Merchandiser or Product Merchandiser is important.
- Retail experience will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Client oriented.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Proficiency in Italian and English, French optional.
