Main purpose of the role is to create and implement the in-store visual merchandising plan, providing inputs, creative and inspiring solutions to increase customer engagement and sales.
Job responsibilities
Provide support on the execution of consistent window schemes to be applied across all stores
Ensure that merchandising guidelines are followed: In Store display, lay out, Mannequin displays, Folding/Hanging techniques, Merchandising rotation
Work with retail store staff to carry out the visual merchandising for all operated stores
Seasonal visits to stores for the initial store set up, to set standards and train the sales force on VM
Work within merchandising guidelines in order to balance creative image with optimization of retail densities across all categories
Consult with advertising or sales staff to determine type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display.
Weekly monitoring of sales performance of each store VM layout and its follow-up
Prepare visual merchandising book
Provide VM support to store events and sales campaign

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Visual merchandising in Fashion/Apparel industry. Creative hand with ability to research and communicate key ideas to drive visual standards. Ability to work across all levels of the business – drive commercial success. Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels. Knowledge of Photoshop would be considered a plus
