- Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2-4 or more years of related experience
Required Food Safety Certification (CA)
Required Sexual Harassment Training Certification (CA)
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to lead and direct the work of others
Familiar with restaurant industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to effectively interact with a diverse population of Associates, Management and Guests
Work under pressure within a well integrated team environment
Able to consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to rely on experience and judgment when appropriate
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, internal POS system and Aloha Timekeeping
