Myriad, a new restaurant from Chef/Owner Trish Tracey located in the heart of the Mission, is seeking a lead line cook and a Sous Chef.

 

Myriad is a neighborhood gathering place featuring globally inspired, thoughtfully sourced San Francisco cuisine. We are offering a menu of simply prepared, boldly flavored seasonal dishes, paired with a creative wine list, craft beers and inspired wine based cocktails.

 

We are looking for passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and the desire to be a part of a close knit, creative, kitchen team. We are seeking a focused committed Line Cook. A solid cooking foundation is required. Dedication to your craft and a healthy work ethic are essential. Our line cooks will execute our seasonal menus with skill and consistency.

 

We are also seeking a passionate, driven and dedicated Sous chef with a desire for growth and ability to perform in a team oriented and educational environment. We are a local neighborhood gathering place featuring globally inspired food and drinks in a relaxed and friendly environment.

 

 

Requirements - Line Cook:

- At least 2 year of relevant restaurant experience. 
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Genuine interest in food, ingredients, and the culinary arts
- Dedication, focus and ambition, with an openness to learn

 

Requirements - Sous Chef:

- The Sous Chef’s role will focus on a strong, hands-on kitchen presence which ensures consistent food quality and presentation, fosters excellent guest experiences and nurtures a positive, team-based environment. This is also a rare opportunity to help develop menus, set up the operational kitchen procedures and educational programs, foster a motivational culture, and create a dynamically successful business. We're looking for the right person to contribute to and share in our growth.

- Minumum 2 years sous chef expericence or strong lead line cook experience required
