Fior di Latte is looking to add a dedicated, hard working Pastry / Gelato Chef to our team.

Fior di Latte is an authentic Italian gelato company dedicated to providing not only the best gelato in Boulder, but on a national level. 

 

This is a creative position and extends well beyond simply completing daily production. The right candidate is innovative and constantly seeking out new ideas for recipes, presentation, and concept. The position is a leadership role with the opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company with eyes for expansion, both locally and nationally.

 

Position Details:

 

- Salary-based, full time position
- Culinary background / kitchen experience required
- Must be available early mornings
- Excellent pay and benefits

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

- Daily gelato production
- Menu creation
- Formulate new flavors
- Quality control
- Staff training
- Creating production lists and scheduling
- Ordering and inventory
- Ingredient sourcing
