JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Barcelona
Mission: We are looking for an International Retail Graphic Intern to join our global team based in Barcelona. In this multi-faceted internship you´ll have the opportunity to work with our markets around the world to ensure they have the various assets they need for our marketing campaigns and in store activities. You´ll need to have a good level of English and strong customer service skills to succeed in this role. You´ll also need to be comfortable with the Adobe software pack (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Responsibilities/Key Tasks
* GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Check the graphic and audiovisual material received by the brands
Revise Color proofs from our suppliers (printing & material knowledge)
Support the team with special crops/image retouches
* MARKETS COORDINATOR
Daily contact with markets (affiliates and distributors regarding their order s)
Order processing in the ecommerce website
Follow-up of orders between markets and suppliers
Special designs and coordination between markets, suppliers & marketing team
Local Production Process Management
* WEB MAINTENANCE
Prepare the material for web uploading
Control/Update the web items related to the visual rights
* ADMINISTRATION
Process client orders and asking to the corresponding supplier (through a ecommerce website)
Follow and control order incidences with the supplier/courier
Do the Invoicing and re-invoicing process weekly. Web related and with SAP system.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Experience: A previous experience within the same area would be a plus
Education: Design studies
Languages: Good level of English
Competencies: High level with Adobe Pack (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). High level with Office (Excel & Outlook specially).
Specific Knowledge required: Administration and customer service skills
