Job Description:
Responsible for production and assistance/training others in production of food. Maintains a clean and orgenized kitchen, including walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and so forth, while following guidelines set forth by HACCP.
Knowledge of inventory controls and scheduling an efficient kitchen. Teamwork, verbal skills, and "can do" attitude a must.
Requirements:
• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States
Salary/Compensation:
Compensation commensurate of experience and background
