About the position:
- Assist the Chef and Executive Chef
- Preparation of seasonal menu
- Work with loca product, slow food and km 0
- Preparation and presentation of elaborations and elemetary dishes
- Pastry & Events
Requirements:
- Catering, cooking areas of study.
- Professional experience not necessary
- Spanish/English: elemental level
Compensation:
- 150euro / month
- Free accomodation and meals
