About the position:
- Recruit students for our campus in Istanbul to meet your yearly targets
- Daily follow up of your prospective students (leads)
- Counsel prospective students on the admissions process and programs
- Ensure proper follow up of all inquiries by answering emails or making phone calls
- Ensure proper maintenance of the CRM database by inputting all data related to your leads
- Organize recruitment events (education fairs, open days, etc.)
- Manage campus visits for interested prospects
- Take in charge open days and coordinate with the academic department
- Help with the organization of fashion shows
- Marketing monitoring of our competitors
- Weekly & monthly reporting on recruitment progress
- Base salary + monthly commissions + yearly bonus based on targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- A Bachelor degree
- 2 years working experience, preferably in education or sales
- An open mind with the capacity to adapt to a multicultural enviroment
- Able to work in a fast paced enviroment with tight deadlines
- Patience, rigor, listening and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and confident
