About the Position:
Looking for a proactive Sous Chef who is fully focused on food production for the resturaunt, banquets, and other outlets. The candidate will need to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety is maintained in their kitchen at all times. They will need to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate has good team management skills and is very creative and enthusiastic. They need to be passionate about food and embrace the organic product philosophy of the employer.
- At least 2 years in the same position in the Hotels 5 stars or Michelin
- Excellent at English and preferrably of another foreign language as well
