La Petite Maison is an upscale resturaunt in Miami with beautiful and unique design. Behind that is a journey to explore the essential joy at the heart of the ingredients of the French Mediterranean that are taken as inspiration. The sun-soaked artichokes, lemons, olives, courgettes, tomatoes, peppers and girolles, the freshest seafood, meat and pasta lead everything.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate is an eager learner with a passion for food. You will boost your culinary career while you are working here.The aim with every dish served is to create a mouthful of food that will not be forgotten and something in which you cannot find elsewhere. Food is to be prepared with techniques of extreme care and precision, à la minute, to protect their integrity. There needs to be an extreme attention to detail. It is all about finding new ways to express the cuisine of the French Riviera. It also helps to appreciate the inspiration that runs back through history; in Cuisine Niçoise, for example, the Italian influence is strong.
Requirements
- The J1 cook needs to bring their own black chefs pants, non-slip black shoes and their own knives.
