About the Position: 

The role of the D-commerce Visual Merchandiser is to create a digital visual strategy that reflects the online positioning of Moncler, in alignment with corporate product merchandising and content strategy. The digital visual merchandiser has to translate the corporate visual and merchandising guidelines into the digital reality for all the types of devices and touchpoints, ensuring that business needs are properly considered. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism even when under pressure and an open, flexible approach to challenges. They will also have the ability to handle several projects simultaneously, under deadline, be able to work with other internal dept. and coordinate external partners, have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, and have a strong interest in the Moncler brand and business, both visually and commercially. Your responsibilites will include:

  • Execution of the digital visual strategy for all pages of the website/app, such as homepage, category pages, special and dedicated galleries (i.e. capsule, gift and special collection pages)
  • Creation of boost rules for product ordering, filtering and recommendations, following the brand guidelines and the insights coming from ad-hoc weekly analysis
  • Editorial plan management and execution in coordination with other internal dept.
  • Alignment with the regional teams in order to ensure that local needs, trends and requests are properly met in the website
  • App and digital mktg campaigns both in terms of product sorting and content management (Homepage and FLPs)
  • On-site merchandising management aligned to the Regional and/or WW editorial plan (ranking activities, creation and update of mood galleries, shop by look, new-in icons and longue season sections)
  • Daily monitoring of all on-going activities in order to timely respond to fluctuating business needs and translate them visually for better performance from a brand
  • Sales and customer perspective, improvement of the shopping experience based on customer behavior analysis
  • Support in the A/B test roadmap implementation and execution
  • Online competitors monitoring and analysis. 

 

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a minimum 3 years of experience within Digital commerce or Product Content in a Fashion & Luxury setting
  • A good command of Photoshop and Photoshop, Indesign, and the rest of the Adobe Suite as well as the Office Suite
  • The ability to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC)
  • Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of website usability/optimization.
