About the Position:
- Collaborate closely with our Digital Product team throughout entire product lifecycle
- Connect and work with cross functional partners around Fit & Style initiatives, to identify or confirm needs areas in our end-to-end consumer experience, and be able to quantify opportunities and gaps to resolution
- Engage with our vendors to monitor live projects, improve the experience when needed, and prepare for future projects/ features.
Requirements:
- You have a strong interest in Digital Innovation and are passionate about improving the Consumer Experience in a Retail environment
- You are currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program (ideally with a major in Business or Innovation) with an anticipated graduation date of 2022
- You are highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- You have very good communication skills
- You are comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously; highly organized and detail-oriented
- You have a strong bias towards action
- You are excited to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment
