About the Position:
Become part of the story of #DAMUR and Berlin fashion startup scene. You will have the unique opportunity to experience and shape the development of a start-up by bringing in your own ideas
- Deep insights into Production & Technical Design inside a fashion label
- You will work independently, have all freedom you need and are thus able to personally grow and develop yourself on a constant basis
- You will be a part of SS22 Berlin Fashion Week in July 2021 and will actively help organize the Fashion Show and many exciting events
- You will work at a modern and open-minded office in Kreuzberg Berlin and enjoy our daily FREE lunch (warm) + coffee made out of La Marzocco + fruits & snacks and our beverage selection in office
- Berlin AB zone monthly public transport ticket
- At #DAMUR you are responsible and you take ownership on your Production and Technical Design projects. You get the opportunity to implement your own ideas directly and on your own responsibility! During your projects, you will be working closely with anybody involved in the design and office team; from Marketing, Sales, PR, Communication to Fashion Design. Please note that we are NOT looking for working students.
Requirements:
- You are a current student in a fashion design related BA or MA degree
- You have knowledge of- and passionate about- the Fashion Industry
- You have excellent skills in CAD design, Adobe Creative Suite, pattern cutting, finishing & technical design, sewing ability
- You have basic skills and knowledges in MacOS (Keynote), Microsoft Office, Google Drive, JOOR, Mailchimp, Shopify and Squarespace
- You are fluent in English language and basic German or Polish language skills are plus but not a must
- You have the ability to work in a fast past environment
- You have skills in time management, communication and organizational skills
- You have an instinctive feeling on how to deal with the details of operation
- Ability to work minimum of 35 hours per week
