My name is Brian Dodero and I am 31 from Santa Barbara, CA. I graduated from the Apicius Culinary Arts program in 2007. During my time there I was dubbed the first "King Chef" of Ganzo. After graduating I moved to NYC where I worked at two well known Italian restaurants in the city: Fiamma and Vento. After some time I moved back to Santa Barbara and began working for Italian chef Alessandro Cartumini at The Four Seasons hotel. My most current job is the executive chef of The Pasta Shoppe Santa Barbara in which we provide pasta for retail, wholesale to restaurants, and also to our chefs counter for people who want to taste the pasta that was made minutes prior turned into a dish prepared right before them.
