My name is Azia Egbe, I’m from Atlanta, GA via the Midwest. I love writing, taking pictures, hanging out with my friends, and obsessively watching television shows (LOST for life). I studied Mediterranean Diet and Lifestyle at Apicius for Winter Intersession 2014.
I really had a great time while studying at FUA. My favorite highlights were cooking dessert in class, the Ganzo burger, climbing to the top of the Piazzale Michelangelo, but honestly, I just really loved eating in Florence more than anything. Out of all the regions I traveled to in Italy, Tuscan food was definitely my favorite.
