My experience in FUA was the most incredible and best year of my life. During my time, I became involved closely with non-profit groups such as Oxfam and Robert F Kennedy Foundation of Europe. However, my utter most appreciation goes to the staff and professors, who taught me to challenge myself to reach new boundaries, work hard and let the results show, and lastly, take every opportunity to grow as a person. Currently, I am in my last year at UC Irvine and working as an international peer mentor to help international students transition well into the new environment to ensure success. I will be leaving to Washington D.C. in February to further my knowledge with public policy and start a career in what I call, "pushing for change".
