Guest Services Officer Concierge

 

Hyatt Regency Birmingham is a modern, luxury hotel in the city of Birmingham. We are one of the few hotels in Birmingham that combines a central location for both business and leisure, with a full complement of amenities. Our hotel in Birmingham offers a range of luxury room options, from spacious Guestrooms to the exclusive Presidential Suite.

 

Working on a rotation basis within the Front Office and Concierge team, you will ensure maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the standards required by the hotel. Some of your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out of the hotel, cash handling and dealing with guest's queries both face to face and over the telephone. You will also greet guests at the front, before they enter the Hotel. You will ensure a quick and efficient response to guest’s requirements and will update guest information in the computerised system in a timely manner. You will also be trained to work within our Regency Club, a VIP lounge and also Switchboard.

 

You will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota basis. Shifts can include: 7am - 3pm, 11am - 7pm and 3pm - 11pm.
