Job Description
Role Mission
The candidate will support the Retail Merchandising Manager in the buying process and in monitoring the business, in order to optimize the balance between assortment and stock, and, to maximize sales growth across regions /channels.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Retail Merchandising Manager in:
- Consolidating inputs coming from regions/channels on market trends and competitors
- Defining master orders and key assortment by region/channel
- Executing merchandise assortment by region /channel
- Generating sales reports to monitor best sellers and slow movers etc
- Conducting data analysis
- Data entry
- Organizing and delivering presentations
- Supporting regions/channels
The Ideal Candidate
Key Requirements
- Successful or ongoing studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in similar contexts
- Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for Retail Merchandising
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
