Job Description:
WSJ. Magazine is looking for an experienced photo editor to join our team. Responsibilities include shoot production, cultivating relationships with photographers, galleries and agents, suggesting photographers for shoots, management of budgets, taking shoots from concept to fruition and photo research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography, fashion, fine art, travel, design, magazines and current events. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Basic requirements:
- 5+ years photo editing experience working in magazines or related media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- WSJ. Magazine is published 12 times a year by The Wall Street Journal and reaches a global audience of more than three million readers.
