The main building of Hotel Villa Fiesole was originally a limonaia (lemon grove) used by the monks of the nearby monastery.
In the former limonaia of the 4-Star boutique hotel is an oak paneled reception, well lit rooms, some with panoramic views, as well as an enticing restaurant. In the well lit breakfast room, a wide selection of fresh sweet and savory products are available from the continental buffet, accompanied of course, by those wonderful views of the city.
Adjacent to the old greenhouse, through the Italian-style garden, you come to the nineteenth century Villa, the rooms of which offer moments of privacy and relaxation. The frescoed ceilings of the deluxe and prestigious rooms add to the magical atmosphere and bestow a sense of being suspended in time, which help make the whole Florentine experience one of staying in an intimate and familiar stately house.
